Lavalion Roofing & Home Services seeks a Residential Roofing Engineer. Job duties are to evaluate project requirements and site-specific conditions to determine appropriate roofing materials, load distribution, and structural support methods. Utilize AutoCAD and RFEM6, and STAAD tools, to develop roofing layouts, revise framing diagrams, and to prepare structural details. Must have Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field, with a semester-long research component evaluating structural designs on residential homes using RFEM6, AutoCAD, and STAAD Pro.
